I seriously wonder how many people realize that Tilray has it's headquarters in NY and now that it has HEXO Corp under it's belt that it has a production facility in the US as well ?

Seriously, try Google at some point or read over the companies webpage.  Tilray has the best of both worlds. It's developing products in Canada (where Cannabis is Legal) and it has it's Headquarters in the US, it spans BOTH countries.  On top of that it is also positioned overseas in Europe.

Correct. We also have the 9th largest brewery in the USA and number one hemp Manitoba Harvest. We are also invested in MedMen a company with 9 times more institutional investment then Curaleaf. When the time comes we can leverage all of this and parlay it into a beast in the USA. With Tilrays cheap cost to grow and efficiencies many of medmens troubles like Hexo would subside. Timing it will come.

Both major LPs, Tilray and Canopy are quietly putting down footprints in the US. Canopy's major shareholder is Constellation Brands who are picking up pieces of or whole companies for US launch. Canopy has a 300k square foot facility in New York and a deal happening to launch through Acreage Holdings which is a US MSO doing business in 11? States the last time I looked.  Canopy shares

I am sure that was their plan from day 1 however US Legalization got delayed along the way... multiple times.  Originally I expected the US to be online no later than 2021 / 2022 however instead we got a pandamic and a war in Europe which re-directed the Feds attention elsewhere. If the US continues ignoring the issue by not writing some Fed decriminalization or legalization laws, they will squander a huge US greenrush that the market needs and deserves for all of the foot-draggin' bs and politickin' that they have conjured to prevent the starter pistol from firing to announce the greenrush.
