During our Q3 fiscal year 2023 earnings call, we reiterated our guidance to be free cash flow positive in each of our operating business segments by end of fiscal year 2023 which is May 31, 2023. At the same time, we amended our adjusted EBITDA guidance to $60 - $66 million.
While we are in the last day of our fiscal year, I cannot provide a further update. We will provide further updates when we publish our FY23 annual results in July.
