Ventura - do some actual research

the 'deal' I was referring to was Tilrays acquisition of the High Trail debt - and the terms that Hexo agreed to.

Tilray milked every penny they could out of Hexo. - least you f which was the annual $20 million 'consulting fee' Hexo agreed to pay Tilray.
The agreement that any international sales Hexo made - had to be filled with Tilray product
The transfer of production to Tilray facilities
it went on and on

The acquisition came later - do some research once

RE:Oh ventura

Hexo would have shut down regardless - why would Tilray pay $250 milloon for it?
Please explain then, why you think TLRY got a fantastic deal?

Hexo, it was a fantastic deal for Tilray
