Craft Beer Market Expected to Expand

It amazes me that folks seem to rely on forums for their research.  A simple Google Search can bring up tons of information on market position, expected market growth etc.

Yes, Tilray picked up 8 breweries from AB, I am sure they didn't do that without doing their own Due Dilligence first and making a plan to turn those breweries into profitable segments of the operation for Tilray Shareholders.

It is amazing someone would post a rebuttle to declining US Craft Beer numbers for 2023, using trend data from 2016-2021. Keep up the good relevant work!

Fastest growing is Asia, yes, however it is not the LARGEST market, which is still North America.  I am personally not counting on Tilray Brands expanding operations into Asia to sell craft beer however considering the Breweries are located in North America and that North America is the Largest Market then I am pleased with that. The market for Craft is expected to grow, Tilray appears to be ...more

Once Cannabis legalizes in the US (a WHEN, not an IF) Tilray Brands will have the option to expand their Craft Beer products to include Cannabis Infused Craft Beer Offerings.  If alchol infused drinks take time to be legalized then they can infused non-alchol beers with Cannabis, much the same as what HEXO did with Truss and the Little Victory drink (infused non-alcholic wine drink).

Yes, diversificatoin can be good, but in terms of using it as a safety net I have to ask questions. For example; lets agree that the largest market today for craft is the USA. Lets ignore the most recent trend decline and assume the market will produce stable growth of 5% in the US. Even if the 5% were to translate into 5% clear profit (impossible) why would I not put money into a high interest ...more
