Absolutely rubbish. I am long tilray but with almost 800 million shares float, and not enough legal markets I don't see it.

Actually, the float is more than 800 million, as Tilray doesn't count the 38.5 million shares that they lent to the TLRY 27 note holders for shorting. Since the APHA 24 note holders are being paid off in shares, it is probable that the TLRY 27 note holders will be as well, unless Tilray turns a profit by 2027.
