Its brands include Tempur-Pedic, Sealy and Stearns & Foster and its non-branded offerings consist of value-focused private label and OEM products. Its distribution model operates through an omni-channel strategy. It distributes through two channels in each segment: Wholesale and Direct. Its Wholesale channel consists of third-party retailers, including third-party distribution, hospitality and healthcare. Its Direct channel includes Company-owned stores, online and call centers.
