Here is what makes me think they are in a rush: They are willing to consider selling the whole business or willing to consider any offer for some assets. From my exposure to marketing oil and gas asset sale you lose leverage when you say that. Even worse, it is certainly not a seller's market right now. I've only been following this stock for a few months. I was attracted because an investor bought quite a large position and wants growth ramped up by acquiring a JV or marketing the company for sale, etc. It was his buying which drove the stock up. TOL promised to be more proactive. I think a lot of us are waiting to see the results the company promised to the investors. BXE is trying to ramp

after a little bit of more research i think they are doing "rushing" this process based on a request from probably a large holder of the stock "Andylan Capital Strategies Ltd."  I am still waiting for the Q1 results. Anybody knows when they release?
