I fully agree. A slew of very strong news releases and it is not moving very much. How did this trade a high of .485 and yet cant get beyond .30? Doesnt make any sense whatsoever to me. The position the company is in today is much stronger today than it was in when this traded at .485. But here is the thing people manipulate equities up as they do down.
