Game Over!

Lesson Learned:

  1. Most CEO's are snake oil salesmen (not all)
  2. A NR is the pump tool of choice for a company
  3. The MT of a company oftentimes could be viewed as a Passel of Hogs
  4. The Venture Exchange has lots of 1's, 2's and 3,s
  5. In many cases Greed is the main motivation for executives
  6. Stupid people often find themselves in a leadership company - I quote the words of Warren Buffet "Buy a company that any fool can run because one day a fool will be running it"
  7. Guard against "expert" opinions and predictions and rely more on Fundamental and Technical Metrics
  8. Follow your own gut instinct and not an opinion transplanted by another 'more knowledgable' zelig or expert

I declare that I am pointing my finger to no particular person but just making a general observation that were based on previous investment errors that I made.

I enjoyed reading some very interesting posts and I thank every one.

I wish everyone a prosperous 2013
