He sell shares when he wants and the market hate that, Bill Gates sold shares every year but the market knows about the number of shares he will sell every year but Elon not. The market dropped every time he sold, no more confidence from institutions, check the price end of March. IMHO

  In reality Elon is very predictable..... he loves fame and cash and in fact he has the right to sell his own shares from his own built up company.  But the fact is..... Tesla SP is not going down because Elon is selling. But he is cashing out some before it is hitting much lower. We have to accept that he is a very wise guy.... of course that made him the richest man on this earth
