It is nice to know that Cliff received 3 cents per share for the huge amount of shares that he dumped.  I get a bad feeling about this.  With all these shares being sold at 3 cents each yet there is currently over 3 million shares available on the open market at 2 cents per share.  Obviously the price is being held down.  As we all know TVI is hugely under valued and should be
