New HSE VP

New HSE VPI think this is change in senior managment will be good for Tesla.

Tesla has always had great technical staff, and their recent success with the Hawk nodal system is really a big plus. They had some major growing pains with the Hawk system, but I can confidently say they are past this now and quite frankly Nodal systems are the future of seismic. It's a big plus that the Hawk is natively a 3C system, giving it a big edge.

But I digress. That all being said, Tesla was lacking in a clear defined HSE program which has hurt Tesla in the past acquiring jobs. Chris Brown did amaxing work in turning around the USA division of Tesla in 2 years, and is exactly what the company needs in the main office in Calgary. 

Expect big things for Tesla in the next 1 - 2 years.
