According to a recent post on the other board as these poor misled and manipulated people try to figure out 'what happened', Hans Black is in Germany. Away in other words ....
He was a con in my judgement, and felt this the the moment I met him many, many years ago. Anyone with any sense of due diligence researches their investment and especially management . If you read the court case in 2009 in Bermuda, the suspect dealings of Hans Black were more than evident, and the judgement went against him. He missed criminal prosecution by the skin of his teeth.
why would you ever invest with someone like that. Why would you invest ins a piece of garbage claim as Tyhee had is also beyond me. When I tried to warn that board, I was banned and my posts yanked within minutes of posting.
HB had a medical degree but never practiced medicine; he had no NASD or Canadian securities designation, no CFA, and nothing qualifying him as a 'money manager' but practised money management'. Why would you invest with someone like that? He was a con through and through and one has to wonder whether or not Baiores2 his shill. I suspect the latter.
What that board has to do is sue BAires2 and Hans Black personally. Tyhee has gone the way of the DODO bird.
Hans Black lost fortunes for people, compromised the professional integrity of others, inclusive of some who thought he was a friend.
He is a criminal without scruples in any thinking mans books and certainly persona non grata in many places.
Certainly the places I frequent for I had friends who lost a bundle despite my warnings.
