VANCOUVER, British Columbia, April 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ultra Lithium Inc. (TSX-V: ULT) (“Ultra Lithium” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce it has entered into a Purchase, Sale and Joint Venture Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Yahua International Investment and Development Co., Ltd.
