It holds 76 mining concessions through its ownership of the El Cofre and Placeton projects in Chile. The Company is engaged in advancing the exploration and development of its Placeton/Caballo Muerto copper project in Chile. The Company’s Placeton/Caballo Muerto project hosts several porphyry copper targets situated between the giant Relincho and El Morro/La Fortuna copper-gold deposits of the Nueva Union joint venture between Teck and Newmont Mining. The Placeton/Caballo Muerto project has approximately 7,257 hectares (ha) exploitation concessions. The El Cofre has 7,628 ha exploitation and 1,100 exploration concessions.
