i Don't think that a reverse split will be part of the management plan. Only my opinion. They just issue to management grant option at 0.05$. If a reverse split would have been in the thoughts of

We need a million minimum for this year. 4 million market cap. Shares will be sold with warrants at under market. Minimum 30 dilution. We need a big company to buy in yesterday.
