Peeps do the same thing when buying at an auction especially online.
You would win MOST auctions.........
if if if you just place a bid for example of $100.03 as opposed to $100. The computors only recognize that your bid was higher regardless if only by 03 cents. 

Same thing when peeps set their Asks its always on the half or next set of 10's increment. That is why you see. so much doji trading at those increments UNLESS EPIC newswire gets spit out.

Peeps are brainwashed to set buys/asks on the increment 100's-10's-05- increment.
SP needs to cross over that @05 and insiders are gonna make that happen to trigger warrants..ahh
