“Earnings” are out…Well nothing surprising, Payout is happening, management got paid, no income, pretty much same as other reports but numbers are getting smaller...
But I found this amusing:

The Company is focused on continuing to grow its business and the Board is considering various options to enhance shareholder value. Given the uncertainty surrounding Covid-19, this has been somewhat delayed as management and the Board determined that it was in the Company’s best interest to preserve cash in the short-term.
The Board of Directors of the Company is continuing to consider its options relating to the Company’s cash position. Funds may be reinvested or held for future acquisitions. The Company does not intend to set a definite schedule to complete its evaluation of the various options and cautions that there are no assurances or guarantees that the process will result in a particular action or, if an action is undertaken, the terms or timing of such an action or actions.
That highlighted area is a pretty funny joke for us here...
