AGD Debt

AGD DebtI am an AGD shareholder. I have been investing in junior au miners and explorers for more than 30 years. Not recommended is what I just did, which is buy AGD and then do my due diligence :-(. I have visited Sedar and am totally confused (compared to being previously uninformed - I do not know which is worse). There appears to be huge corporate debt which is not being enforced. The mine seems to be operating well. Subtracting the 90% ownership, leaves approx. 100,000,000 actively trading shares, of which I am a very small part. I cannot identify what events might occur to cause the share price to go up (or down). An increase in au price without paying a dividend would be no help. Before someone says I have no business being here and should sell (which is probably true), this has become entertainment for me. Can someone please shed some light on this stock? Thanks in advance.
