The long time Board Members of Veeravalli, Kondragunta, and Hariharan are fighting the new management, and newer independent directors of what?

Sounds to me management and the new independent directors found something interesting and material that the three scoundrels are acting fast to try and cover up!

Based on what others have stated here Hariharan performance is abysmal. I heard his so called practice as a fund manager with front street capital was all a farce as well.

Where is the OSC in all of this?
