Are we sure I'm still good for additional Stinger shares? I suspect this topic has been beaten to death...kinda like morrows dog. 

I bid the ask and got ignored a lot....pisses me off-effers

I would say no guarantee. I have seen retroactive dates used in spinoffs with other companies. But who knows.
