Stinger shares. Noob question. When and how do we get them?

I've tried to research and didn't get the answer, or at least one I understood. If anyone has time and patience to explain this to a noobie please reply.

Welcome aboard, from what has been previously stated from those who have reached out to the company the spinout will happen before the end of the month. It could happen any day or perhaps they are waiting until the resource calculation has come out from TUD.

I've been here for some time now, (in at .12) but I appreciate the warm welcome and reply Johny. Does one need to be holding the shares at the time of spinout or was that predetermined based on an earlier date.

When amk announces the spin out of stinger they will also announce the ticker for stinger and the cutoff dates for the stinger shares theres still time

There is a couple miles franklin videos on you tube as well that r fairly recent and informative about the spin out. Kelvin burton is interviewed and gets into detail about check it out

So if a shareholder holds 100,000 shares, they would have 11,000 shares added to their account. Hope my math is correct.

100,000 of AMK 11,000 of Stinger shares. not sure what the starting share price would be. Probably around .30 to .35. at opening.

.11 is about right dependant on shares out.. at one time. .11973 x holdings WAS THE PERCENTAGE... I use.. 11 as approximate. It could go under. 11 if o/s increases......................... Hopefully NOT..............

There will not be any gain or loss at the time of spin off. Later, both might slowly go down.... I mean, if you have 10000 dollars in now, the total value both together will be almost $10000. Nothing there to be so excited... these are alll inside tricks! It is not about owning two different stocks, but only matters if we see some profits..... who cares what you hold or how many of them ...more
