my suspicion is shorts have used up a lot more powder than they ever anticipated.. if it werent for the unrecorded shorts in this country we would see the real picture... so if this rips 20 we have a strong reversal and/or support that comes in and that they know it, so yes, keep us on the edge of our seats..
