What do we know about HNRC?
1) They have a market cap somewhere between $2 million and $4 million!
2) Cash position is close to $0.  $400 on last financials!!!!!
3) It is a Pink Sheet listed "company" that traded for $0.01 a share TODAY!

What do we know about deal:
1) It is not a deal, just a non binding offer,
2) It is subject to Financing..........cuz HNRC has NO MONEY!!!!!
3) There is a fee payable to AMK if HNRC can NOT raise the money.  What is the fee on a $200 million deal???  "up to" $115,000!!!!!!!!!!  Yes, up to $115k.  AMK has wasted a multiple of that already on this deal!!!!!  THey even hired a big name and expensive law firm@@@

Anyone remember West High Yield pump and dump????  Announced a deal with a company with NO money.  see chart below. check out the spike, for a day before it was halted, in fall 2017

Larry calm down any news or talk about amk is good especially buyout talk. I believe there's alot of other long term shareholders waiting for the buyout. I bought amk with a strategy of waiting for a buy out. I would like to here more of that.

Why not have the option of the amk shares being swapped to the new holder companys? Less money to raise... My 400,000 shares are going to cause a big tax bill ...
