Well Larry, common sense tells us when you sign the deal and enter the plan of arrangement, we will be revauled on that signed deal. You may have to wait to get the last couple pennies tell said deal gets voted through. But, and it's a big but. If their is someone else out there wanting us they will have to put a deal on the table for us too at a higher price before we vote on the cunningham

I agree that if a deal is reached, and the financing is in place, you'll get your money in 45 to 75 days from when that is announced. But that does not change the FACT that there is currently NO DEAL on the table.  Just a nonbinding nonbid.............................without financing in place to turn it into a deal if they so chose........ Yes or no So Cunningham has the intent to purchase all of amk for the cash price of $0.43 per share dependent on financing and due diligence correct? When I spoke to Kelvin I got the sense that the cash wouldn't be in our accounts until a later date / may take 45 days or thereabouts .. I can't say I have this pinned down exactly but something to that effect. Thank you bu I am solely focused on increasing my TUD position right now. I have self imposed  blinders on for anything else. It''s the same reason I don't go to a tour of homes in my area. I don't want to see cool new stuff for a home. Because if I do I will want it  and keep thinking about it until I do! lol

I didn't sell FVL because I done like it. Just so many dollars to go around and I wanted to choose wisely what plays those dollars go to... So I got GOT/TUD/a few AMK traders again/ and a few JUGR / my focus is on GOT and TUD because I have plenty of Long AMK's .. I also reduced my PF by a huge amount 4years back to make this more sport than anything.. See if I can rebuild my account up to
