Possibly anorthosite being discussed on Joe Rogan podcast?

Possibly anorthosite being discussed on Joe Rogan podcast? Was watching an episode with Joe Rogan and Chamath Palihapitiya and they're talking about nuclear power plants.  Chamath starts talking about some very hard to find mineral earth and it's only available on the moon at scale.  Could this be anorthosite?  He doesn't remember the name of the mineral off hand but has it on an email.  Since our mineral has many very good uses is it at all possible that it can add nuclear power to the mix?  Jim, care to chime in?  If it's not anorthosite anybody have any idea what it could be?
