RE:Sale of CUII read that Rolyn has been amalgamated with other entity to form CUI in 2019. 

So does it mean they sell ALL the cie for 10M?

If so, my estimated price, excluding the working capital adjustments they mentioned, is around 42 cent per share! (10M-4.28M+0.34M)/14.48.
