RE:RE:Sale of CUINow with further reading, it is mentioned in the doc of audit FY ending dec 2022, that cie has 3 wholly owned subsidiaries: CUI, Rolyn and Rolyn (US), with Rolyn US inactive.

That would be great if they come out in order to clarify this...
