RE:Does Armada have a plan for the way of the future?

RE:Does Armada have a plan for the way of the future?I don't understand why management keeps Armada public, offer 8 cents a share for ARD stock and take it private. As per the last info circular and including Daniela, they own over 50% of the float. So you make a numbered company, put $1.5 million into it and then offer to buy Armada. Then you get half of that money back and your actual cost is much lower. But then you save $100k a year in listing fees, legal, auditing, etc and don't have to deal with shareholders anymore. That's a lot of money for a company that only does a couple million a year in revenue.
