Agreed.
Even detailed feedback from the recent show would demonstrate a degree of concern for shareholder connection.
Add to that, a little conversation re: marketing, product development direction, updates of goals for the year or just about any other quasi-communication would accomplish a lot in terms of building investor support and comfort.
Dead zones leave too much room for wild speculation and worry.
