v.ARTG take out target price: I'm looking at $25-$30.
now, that's a very conservative number!!!

Could you please elaborate (if possible with factual metrics) on why you think that a $25-$30 target price is conservative? I'm asking because some people seem to think that while this target is realistic depending on when a takeover happens, it's definitely not a conservative target.

By the way, it's interesting to see that, based on the corporate presentation, ARTG's NPV of $3.25B is calculated from a $1,800 gold price, whereas current gold price is now almost twice higher.
