Before I didn't like it when there wasn't any volume, but it looks like people are no longer willing to dump this stock so hopefully we get some news to push momentum up.

 

I didn't speak to him directly, but this is from Kehoe's mouth and not some third hand gossip, but there have been discussions with Legacy. Apparently they are interested in either purchasing all of ATK or just it's Pierson assets. My thoughts are that ATK is valuing their other properties at a much higher amount than Legacy is willing to pay, or Legacy is simply not even remotely interested in anything other than their Pierson land and production. So my question to all of you is what happens to this company if they sell their Pierson assets?

Long time holders here,we are just a little confused on where u may of heard this,no doubt he is looking,just would like a little more substance to that post,glta a.t.k shareholders.Drill,drill,sell later at 1000 barrells a day,or dont sell at all.

I was speaking with a guy that I got involved in the stock when he got a call back from Kehoe, he let me go and he called me back after he spoke to him and that is what he was told. This guy is not a BSer either.

I guess we can take some solace that selling has slowed when it reached 3.5 cents but it's lost on me.   Regardless of the source ( I have heard the same scenario) ...selling the MB Asset is something that is a possible alternative.  It happened with another company I owned some years ago.  They sold the property that was the only source of production/revenues.  Before the
