Avrupa Minerals Ltd. is a Canada-based junior exploration and development company. The Company is primarily engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Europe, including Portugal, Kosovo and Finland. It holds a 100% owned license in Portugal, the Alvalade VMS Project. Its projects include Alvalade Copper-Zinc VMS, Kangasjarvi Project, Pielavesi Property, Yli-li Property Kolima Project and Slivovo Gold. The Alvalade license covers approximately 115 square kilometers (km2) of prospective target area in a portion of the Iberian Pyrite Belt in Portugal. It also holds a 100% owned exploration license covering the Slivova gold prospect, which is located approximately 15 km southeast of the capital Prishtine, and just five kilometers from the Company’s core storage facility. Its Yli-li Property is located in the Oijarvi greenstone belt of Finland. Its Kangasjarvi, Pielavesi and Kolima properties are located in Vihanti-Pyhasalmi VMS district in central Finland.

Drilling continues to expand and upgrade polymetallic, massive sulphide mineralization at the Sesmarias Copper-Zinc Prospect within the Alvalade Project. The program is a joint venture between Avrupa Minerals and Minas de Aguas Teidas, S.A. (MATSA). To date, the company has completed 11 diamond drill holes totalling 5,862 metres. Paul W.
