Clarification on Bonga and Drills
I spent the weekend discussing Bonga drilling with my Fijian source, who works in the industry. Here is the best way to describe what has occurred and why all drills and equipment are now Thunderstrucks I have learned that Bonga did not have the small ,agile drills needed for the landscape of Fiji. Thunderstruck advanced a significant amount of money to Bonga to purchase the drills required for Fiji in North America and then load and ship them from Bonga office in Vancouver Canada. Bonga was to receive credit against the advance for drills, on a per meter of drilling formula. Move ahead to the separate matter of the Fijian Govt catching Lloyd from Bonga trying to start up a business illegally ,with respect to Fijian law and rules , and that is why immigration in Fiji is looking to deport him. So as I understand it, since the equipment was purchased with advanced money from Thunderstruck and the fulfillment of the meters drilled is no where near done, per the contract, the drills revert back to Thunderstruck. Bonga/lloyd depart the country, the drills are Thunderstrucks . I have heard they are talking with local Fijian drillers to continue the drill programs as hired drillers to operate Thunderstrucks drills/ equipment. I am happy more locals will have an opportunity to work with this company.

If this is what is happening IMO, everything will be back on track. We cannot drill at the present anyway because of the cyclone and flooding. Mindeco finished their drilling and completed 1/2 of the IP survey so they will be ablt to continue where they left off when they return. I am sure Liwa can complete their holes before the rainy season ends. also thanks FijiGoldSeeker
