How do you hyperlink on SH

I would like to direct link to things from Twitter and other sources of info. How is that done on this platform?

I just copy the link from the website and paste it into something like word and hit enter which causes it to become a hyperlink. Then I paste onto stockhouse. Often I have to try right clicking it on different spaces in the post until the copy paste shows up. There are probably other sites that you can do this with.
