Will Financing close soon?

Anyone have any thoughts on when the 2.5 million financing will close?

Usually when a financing is fully subscribed it takes about a week + for the exchange to accept it. This could be a couple weeks longer because of the consent forms needing 51% which the buruacracy will process. Then there is Ian who is Australian and there may be some extra forms witrh this but I do not know. So if I had to guess and it is just a guess, 1st or 2nd week in March. Then the news ...more

Thanks, I forgot about the 51% however, their website says they control 50% of stock so I imagine they will surpass the 51%.

I am sure they have the 51% and more but the buracracy at the exchange can be slow processing these things.
