What some my not realize is these financings can costs 100s of thousands in fees. This team did this on their own. No finder fees, brokerage fees, broker warrants etc. As example the Redclouds and Sprotts of the world charge like 7% cash plus 6 to 8 % broker warrants and other fees/ costs. Now with people like Gandel putting up over 2 million and Lepard in financing, this little microcap is going places and will make us shareholders some coun for sure!! We'll done Thunderstruck, I am a believer!!!
