I see the lady named in suit. VICCY N is an accountant at Deloite ( per her LinkedIn I googled) I wonder how this case will effect her career/ current job?

My favourite part is #13 [13]         Prior to the commencement of work by Bonga, Bonga received a pre-payment of 30% of the total expected work to be done. I'm speculating, but it sure looks possible that the company could end up with all the drill equipment. There are all the court costs now owed to Thunderstruck plus Bonga/ defendents owe near 100k for the deposit they received and preformed no work for. I still cannot figure out why the defendents even thought they had a chance of winning the case. The court ruling is so clear, how was it they ...more

At the time no one could leave or enter Fiji because of the pandemic. When Bryce and others applied for entry into Fiji they had no guarantee they would be able to leave. It must have been hard finding a driller with drills. Those who got in must have been convinced they were irreplacable. Also, when posters started posting for the driller on stockhouse and Ceo, maybe, IMO, they thought with all ...more

I hope Thunderstruck nails Bonga Lloyd and Viccy for every penny owed to them. They are probably going to have to move and she will have to quit her job at Deloite ( learned her employment from Linkedin)
