Compensation Based On Performance Evaluation
IMHO. For as much as everyone wants to get paid a hold back is in order. Bryce,directors ,contractors and advisors can wait to get paid. Performance evaluation needs to be done for all Diectors, Contractors and Advisors and maybe look at a clawback. Compensation should be based on performance not talk. Talk is Cheap.
