In the very short time available Mike has in any interview, he did say RF XL delivery zero to near zero Scope 1 & 2 GHG. Bottom line, this is exactly what the oilsand producers need and are in the hunt for. More specifically, RF XL delivers zero Scope 1, but Scope 2 GHG depends on the upstream source of electriciy. Alberta grid is OK, but the oilsander's co-gen plants
