Disappointed..

I think some people are going to be disappointed when the news comes next week. Not because it’s not good news but because it’s not good enough or it doesn’t provide the detail they are looking for.  I think the best advice we can all take is to temper our expectations.  If it was really good then news would have leaked out and the stock would be going up.

I agree with you Malton1 in that some people will always be disappointed.  I’m curious to see how things evolve over the next 11 days, as AXE reveals real performance data from the pilot. This is what the industry, fund managers, and investors like ourselves are waiting to see - all part of validating the technology.

In some ways there already is an answer. When they are talking about commecialization in 2023 they have results to back it up. These are engineers they have never shown any propensity to pump and dump. If they are talking commercialization they have reason to believe th at the results they have are sufficient.

What makes you think they will be revealing "real" performance data?  My thoughts are that "real", detailed data will not be released publicly, rather only generic high level summary information.  I believe the detailed performance data will be kept confidential (for a time) and reserved for the industry partners eyes only. That's what they paid 2 M each for as ...more

Lurker I would agree with that statement, but investors don't need detailed technical data. Investors are only concerned with "does it work, how much oil is being produced, and will it be commercially viable. I suspect a NR Monday just after the close so they can speak freely at the CHOA meeting that starts at 15:30 Calgary time. I hope they do a better job with content in the NR, as the ...more

I agree that MOST investors don't need and won't get detailed performance information. Although it is possible that they may have a news release today, I doubt it.  Likely they will expand on publically available information to expose the CHOA audience that may not be well aware of their technology or pilot project.  Likely information like background to the project, start-up ...more
