Thank you.  We are very pleased with the CN-1 discovery and hope to learn about the separate formations during the production testing which is planned take place over the next few weeks.
 
We do plan to have an interview with Proactive.
 
At this time we have not seen any evidence of the Mirador formation on the Tapir block, however, our new 3D prospects may show Mirador opportunity. 
 
After production testing we will have a much better idea of the capability of this well and follow ups.

Joe today:   We had an encouraging meeting with the ANH.  I believe we have a good relationship with them.  They repeated that they were willing to help us with the Oso Pardo extension, but that we will need to be patient.   Thanks Joe

The two Oso Pardo wells that we drill this year may lead to follow-ups on our current land holdings.    Marshall just had an interview with Zak Mir which we believe will be available this week.   The interview with Proactive is scheduled for mid next week.  That should be available almost immediately.   Hope that helps.     Thanks Joe

Good news from Joe, always helpful CFO:   We are allowed to drill seven (7) production wells plus one (1) injector well in total per pad at Oso Pardo.  On our existing pad we still have room for four production wells. To drill additional wells we would need to build a second pad. Thanks Joe

Obviously there was no proactive interview this week as announced by Joe. This is just as good as none or little information about CN testing would be available. I am hoping for interview when the well has been tested thoroughly. The well will imo be a good producer. I cannot imagine otherwise. So get ready for news in June. It is not that long to wait. From Joe, so this answers why they don’t perforate different zones in the same well: Question: Will CN1 be able to produce from all zones in one well? If not, why not? Can’t the well be perforated in all zones? I don’t understand why not Answer: ANH rules only allow for production from one area at a time. From cfo, this mean probably very good flow: Thank you.  We are very excited about the discovery.   Yes, the pump was on while testing.  This is normal course as load fluid needs to be recovered.   Yes, the AHN will allow us to perforate and produce all zones in the Ubaque together.  We are not able to mix the Ubaque production with C7 or Gacheta.    Hope I

In the CN-1 well there are three formations which we will be testing.  Some of the formations have more than one zone of interest.   The first formation that we tested was the Ubaque formation.  We tested it over three different periods:   o    The first flow period was held for 23 hours and showed an average oil rate of 491 bopd gross. o

LOL!  I thought SP was going to be retracing a bit, in fact it did, from 43 to 39 but for so short period of time!  Again, SO impressive!!!  Today POO (Price Of Oil) is up significantly...all good again for us! Agree Rob, this interview was superb! I had to listen 4 times since it was so full packed with details. Already now they think they will drill even more wells than scheduled. And so confident in C7! They put it on production without testing! Have a nice weekend!

From helpful Joe: We looked at a second rig as well and it is a possibility.  We need to make sure we keep operating within cash flow as we do not want to dilute shareholders. After we complete the 3 wells at Carizales Norte we will need to extend the pad and dig additional cellars.  Once those are complete we hope to move the rig back to CN and begin a drilling campaign which will

Back from London this morning.  Marshall is still in Europe meeting with additional shareholders.   We had some great meetings with investors.  Many of them discussed the perceived warrant issue.  My own opinion is that many investors have already sold shares to recoup their investment and provide cash for warrant exercise.   Per our press release on June 1st

To tear the rig down at Carrizales Norte, move it to RCE, and rebuild it would take approximately 18 days.   At June 1, there are 57.2 million warrants outstanding that we expect will be exercised before the end of October 2023.  There are no other warrants outstanding.   We can not comment on Canacol’s intentions.  If Canacol does have a transaction which involves Arrow shares

Having a lot of AXL and am concerned about exposure esp. hearing there are 57 million Warrants. How do I determine what these warrant terms are, and the effect on the present value of the shares, should they be in fact exercised.?.. My ACB is at the money barely right now...so how vulnerable am I?  further... are the exercise terms staged-in in tranches, or will it be one fell swoop on one
