Looking for new business opportunities while being cautious on expenses (last paragraphe of MD & A)

Also spent 43,000$ analysing some (representation expenses)

More like spent $43,000 on take out poutine wages. Nothing will happen here. The crpto rush is done and so is the pot rush. These guys are late to the party.
