Are these guys morons? It took them this long to find a deal that wipes us shareholders out. I’m so pissed right now. I just bought more shares a week or two ago. Fuk I hate penny stock promoters. Especially the type who do deals like this. The deal is absolutely ridiculous in every way. Hope the deal doesn’t happen and they find a real management team and company to buy that actually does ...more

The more I read this news the more I think we are being punked. 10 million dollars for a business PLAN? And they are hoping to have its liscense by first quarter next year? So they are going to build a facility grow a pain strain and go through all of the health Canada steps and be making bucks in six months or so. Some have been waiting for years to obtain licenses. Right on all counts. This is sad. No prior mention and the last NR was big talks of blockchain and now out of the blue this. Nothing concrete, smoke and mirrors kind of ideas :( Seems like maybe they're positioning themselves to pump this thing as we move into Legalization so they can pump the "plan" but talk about a slap in the face to shareholders...Sorry for bag holders..

I really hate penny stock hucksters but what these guys just did is unfathomable. I can write up the same or better business PLAN in less than a minute and say I’m doing it in Quebec and I bet not one idiot would give me almost 11 million dollars of someone else’s money to do so.
