Don"t Reprehend BAY

in my opinion, the market is resposible for the trading action in BAY,.

I have mentioned here multiple times about the same trading house always down-ticking BAY . This trading house has been flipping bay shares back and forth always keeping the price down as seen again yesterday being highest house trading volume in BAY

This trader s whole goal is to ruin BAY , as i have mention here before, Brokers on the side street should contact this dude and report him,.

It"s our / your  money that this broker is manipulating..

with out prejudice

I don't think there is anything sinister going on traps.. just normal back and forth of the long and short strategies.. also consolidation is healthy after a run up IMO.. good news should propel the next leg up and being a betting man, I'd bet the culmination of data that we expect soon should confirm the large target management feels exists.. steady as she goes IMO.. ;-)

Not to mention there are probably some warrent holders cashing in the gains which is putting a bit of ceiling on the action lately.. but the good thing about that scenario is more $$ is in the coffers which could alliviate the need for an equity raise..??

I think the past couple of weeks we have seen warrant holders exercise warrants to put cash in the company as well. I doubt many are selling out completely. Likely selling enough to offset the tax burden. Those  doing this for the company's benefit are going long for the big prize. Regardless, the amount of stock being bought the last few weeks has created a new base and the market is ...more

Thomas asked warrant holders to exercise to get $ into the kitty.   Most would exercise and sell immediately due to the tax implications of holding them.

My understanding is the capital gain on exercise is based on the closing share price on the date of exercise minus the exercise price (.12).  I think the taxable gain would be alot higher AFTER assays are announced. Hence my theory that warrants are being exercised during this "lull".  Maybe a tax accountant can add thoughts to the discussion.

I am not an accountant but I have cashed in stock certs in the past from private placements(the same theory would/should apply with warrants.  As you mention above, they take the price of the stock at the end of the day as your cost basis rather than what you paid originally for the stock or warrant.  Your broker allows you to adjust your cost basis after the fact but it is not done ...more

if it wasn't clear, they take the end of day price of the stock the day you deposit them into your account- then you can adjust cost basis at a later date
