I don't think there is anything sinister going on traps.. just normal back and forth of the long and short strategies.. also consolidation is healthy after a run up IMO.. good news should propel the next leg up and being a betting man, I'd bet the culmination of data that we expect soon should confirm the large target management feels exists.. steady as she goes IMO.. ;-)

Not to mention there are probably some warrent holders cashing in the gains which is putting a bit of ceiling on the action lately.. but the good thing about that scenario is more $$ is in the coffers which could alliviate the need for an equity raise..??

Thomas asked warrant holders to exercise to get $ into the kitty. Most would exercise and sell immediately due to the tax implications of holding them.

My understanding is the capital gain on exercise is based on the closing share price on the date of exercise minus the exercise price (.12). I think the taxable gain would be alot higher AFTER assays are announced. Hence my theory that warrants are being exercised during this "lull". Maybe a tax accountant can add thoughts to the discussion.

if it wasn't clear, they take the end of day price of the stock the day you deposit them into your account- then you can adjust cost basis at a later date
