Weather delay - Resolved back to full speed

I hear they had to shut down drilling for 12 days due to significant weather related to rains out of California.  Things are back up and running full speed and it sounds like Tim likes what he is seeing.

Hard for them to put out a news release explaining the delay, but sounds like no issues and hopefully we will hear more soon.
