Is it really taking this long to get lab results?

Or were the results less than stellar and management is delaying the inevitable disappointing news release?

What happens to the ten cent stock price if shareholders are told they have to wait another year for the results of the next round of tests which will start this Spring?

I hope the results are genuinely delayed. Right now there's no way to know.

So now we wait another year for the results of the next round of tests which will start this Spring. Or maybe not quite so long if the testing backlog clears up. But what the heck, I'm okay with an occasional gamble.
