(TSXV: BHK.V) (BHK or the Company) announces that it has received and accepted the resignation of Mr. Claus Andrup as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and as a Director of the Company. The resignation will take effect immediately. At this time, no determination has been made as to who will assume the CEOs position. On an interim basis, the Board has appointed Mr. Soebali (Tim) Sudjie as interim President and CEO. Mr. Sudjie is the current Chairman of the Board of the Company and is very familiar with BHKs operations and exploration activities with respect to the Ndjole Licence. Mr. Sudjie stated: We wish to thank Claus for his contributions to BHK during his time with the Company, and wish him well in his future endeavors.
