I mean, we're not talking about bread manufacturing where at any given moment the EOS is likely improving rather than diminishing. These guys pay themselves and their temporary hired consultants, etc. first. The real world revenue and profit margins are dependent on what they negotiate on a case by case basis.
The footnote for their reduced revenue seems fairly abrupt, only that COVID related projects made them better margins and now those have mostly passed.
A P/E of 10 still isn't bad here but I definitely want to cover all my bases.
