GLADE - LOWER ELEVATION - VALLEY - CHANNELS

Good pic provided by - BMK -
which shows a channel inbetween two higher elevation shoulders.

Lower channels are a great area to power wash - but...
I'd be checking the host rock in the channel at lowest elevation for any signs of gold - nuggets.

Liberated Gold that may have washed to lower elevation channels - sitting atop the bedrock.
Could be good to track the gold - directional -

This area Scad + Glade area, though flat atop surface due to overburden settling out, still has many dips and low lying valley's such as channel cuts that have filled in over time,

If, if, if.... there'a a possibility at one time Huron invaded this region of Scad, it would stand ot reason why the host rock turned chlorite green - ( iromn coreacting with salt chloride )

Scad pits appear to be all located in lower elevation zones.
Could be coincidental - but then again - what if there was something larger at play -  involving the HURON and potential salt waters erroding the host rock and liberating the gold to reconsolodate into upper strata ores ?

There's a few rocks seen in pic below - which appear to have a green hue of chlorite.
And... a few rocks to the right of worker - which appear to be uplifted sedimentry rock.
To the left of worker appears a rock moreso prone postion.

Could these rocks be sedimenty - serpentine ?

The worker should be panning the bedrock loose ores that sit atop the bedrock...
AGAIN.... opportune time to further the study of this area and know what's really going on.
If loose gold is present -  does it haver rounded edges which might suggest it travelled with distance or sharp edges that suggest the gold originated nearby ?

Yip... pan that overburden that sits atop the bedrock channel.
Don't wash it away - only seeking clean ground for drill pads.

That's historical overburden, overburden that at one time may have experienced causticv salt waters  which might have liberated gold - moving it about the lower channel guts and pocketing - simple metal detector - could make the job easier  -

Seeing sedimentry style rocks ( own opinion ) in hues of green makes for an interesting
case study-  like... do these sedimentry style rocks have reconsolodated sands ?
If so... such would support  the idea of -  area was once flooded.
Lighter colored rocks - carbonatres.
Carbonates just don't show up out of no where.
CARBONATES = SALT WATERS.

Cheers....
